A Bangkok favourite for Italian fine dining for nearly two decades, the Michelin-listed Biscotti restaurant at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has reopened following an extensive renovation.

Biscotti’s new look channels the beloved original to present heartening Italian fare in a revitalised and sociable way. The restaurant’s interior – originally designed by New York-based interior designer.

In the elegant private dining room, a striking glass wall conceals cardinal-red leather wine pockets that showcase Biscotti’s extensive and award-winning wine collection, while a wraparound glass wall offers diners a mouth-watering peek into the adjacent buzzing open-plan kitchen at the heart of the restaurant. The kitchen countertop allows for the service of drinks; food tastings; and chef’s table events where diners can interact with the chefs.

Chef Niccolo Ferrazzani

Biscotti, our Italian fine dining restaurant which has been serving up some of Bangkok’s best Italian fare for the last quarter century, is waiting to welcome you for a lavish lunch or a delectable dinner, hosted by our new Italian Chef de Cuisine, Niccolo Ferrazzani and Snooky, our lovable Restaurant Manager.

Chef Niccolo grew up in Impruneta; a small village on the outskirts of Florence, Italy. His culinary career has seen him cooking in the kitchens of some of the world’s finest hotels and restaurants, including Tuscany Hotel in Italy and Armani Hotel, in Dubai. In 2014, he relocated to UK, where he worked at three of the capital’s finest dining establishments; London’s three-Michelin-star restaurant ‘Waterside Inn’, Enoteca Da Luna, Mayfair, where he took the helm as Head Chef and the Michelin-starred ‘La Dame De Pic’ at the Four Seasons.

Chef Niccolò’s vision for Biscotti is to elevate the dining experience, by improving all aspects of the lunch and dinner service.

Of course, he’s itching to start shaking things up on the a la carte menu, with the launch of a range of new appetizers and mains, including some of his new signature dishes, like his ‘to-die-for’ ravioli, that will knock your socks off!

There will also be new additions to the free-flow antipasti offerings at Biscotti’s express lunch, coming soon, as well as some new and exciting amuse bouche to tantalize your taste-buds, prior to your meals.

Biscotti has a variety of different menus to choose from, and with more of Chef Niccolò’s offerings in the pipeline, there has never been a better time to visit. Our express lunch menu has been a hit for more than a quarter century, and the venue continues to be one of the preferred spots for Bangkok’s ‘foodies’ to spend their evenings, indulging in some of the capital’s finest Italian cuisine.

It’s an exciting time for any Italian food lover, but particularly for those loyal diners who have been visiting us since the 1990s.

Buon Appetito!
